Bryan has been at the forefront of Napa Valley College’s winemaking program, teaching the fundamentals of clean winemaking as the Professor of Enology and starting the college’s commercial operation, which has won 10 awards, including Best-in-Class for its Pinot Noir at the 2014 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. A certified accredited auditor for the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science from UC Davis, and has since produced more than 1,200 different wine lots and more than 35 different varieties from nearly every California Appellation. His passion and unique ability to customize and fine-tune wine styles has led him to his latest venture as founder of Winecraft of California, a full service winemaking consulting agency, seeking to help its clients express their individual style.
