There were over sixty-four professional judges, representing various North American wine regions, evaluating over 6,800 wines from over 1,132 wineries for the 2019 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
Bob Fraser, SFCWC executive director, says, “The response from the wineries of America, Canada, and Mexico at our 2019 competition was outstanding. Three of the nine sweepstakes awards hail from Virginia, New York, and Texas.”
