A Northern California native, Chantee Edwards was exposed to the wonderful culinary diversity of the San Francisco bay area at an early age, which turned into a lifelong passion. Always adventurous and inquisitive, she has lived abroad in both Australia and Italy where she studied the Italian language and first discovered her love and interest for wine.
She has a varied history of employment in the hospitality industry. In recent years she turned her focus to wine studies at Santa Rosa Junior College where she is currently pursuing a major in Wine Service and Evaluation and will soon transfer to finish her Wine Business degree at Sonoma State University.
Chantee recently passed her introductory exam through The Court of Master Sommeliers. After some time in the tasting room at Chateau St. Jean, she is currently working as a wine educator and hospitality specialist at Ram’s Gate Winery in Sonoma.
