Rosina Tinari Wilson is Senior Editor (and “token Boomer”) of Wine X Magazine, an international publication with the offbeat, irreverent style of Generation X. She writes about food, wine and travel and taught the “Food and Wine Affinities” course at the California Culinary Academy. Rosina is also the author of Seafood Pasta & Noodles — The New Classics (Ten Speed Press.)
