After winning the “Award of Ultimate Distinction” from the Wine Enthusiast for Hacienda del Sol in Tucson, Arizona, Dan McCoog developed Wine-ovations, a wine consulting firm that keeps him busy teaching wine classes and advising restaurants on their wine lists. In his spare time, when Dan is not wine judging at various competitions, he is managing McMahon’s Prime Steakhouse in Tucson.
